Still red from Burgundy, a Mercurey 1er Cru Carline Clos des Champ Martin, 13% ABV, produced by Bruno Lorenzon, 2021 vintage. A Pinot Noir that expresses the elegance and finesse of the Burgundian terroir. Manual harvest in 6 kg crates. Vinification without acidification. Aged for 30 months in wooden barrels (30% new) and 5 months in stainless steel vats. The bouquet is dominated by fruity aromas of raspberry and cherry, which open to a harmonious, elegant, and long palate. A wine that embodies the passion of a winemaker who produces grapes with minimal intervention and maximum understanding. Perfect with grilled red meats, game, and soft cheeses.

For him, 'a great grape is 90 per cent of the work', it is necessary to produce grapes with minimal intervention and maximum understanding as was done in the 19th century.
