Extra brut sparkling wine from Veneto, Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG, 11.5% ABV, produced by Biancavigna. Blend: 98% Glera, 1% Perera, 1% Verdiso. 0.75 L bottle, 2023 vintage. A Prosecco born from a passion for the hills of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene, a unique terroir offering unmistakable aromas and flavors. Charmat method. Lots of fruit on the nose; pineapple, apricot, plum, and pear express their mature state. The floral and mineral notes are present but less evident. The effervescence illuminates a beautiful straw yellow. The soft palate is less expected, enhanced by a certain elegance and a long finish lightly coated by almond peel.
