产地 Grapes from 'Ravera', a famous MGA located in the commune of Novello
气候 Ravera di Novello is a fabulous hillside with west/south-west exposure, at an altitude of about 400 m above sea level.
土壤成分 The soil is calcareous-clayey with the presence of Marne di Sant'Agata.
酿酒工艺 Alcoholic fermentation lasts about 3 weeks in steel vats in contact with the skins with regular pumping over. This time includes pre- and post-fermentation cold maceration using the traditional submerged cap method. Slow malolactic fermentation in casks, where the wine remains more than two years on the lees, without racking.
陈酿 Matured for about 30 months in large casks.
