气候 Ravera di Novello is a fabulous hillside vineyard with a western/south-western exposure. Altitude around 400 m. a.s.l.
土壤成分 Limestone and clay-rich soil with Marls of Sant'Agata.
酿酒工艺 Alcoholic fermentation lasts 3 weeks in a steel tank, in contact with the skins and with regular pumping-overs. This period included pre- and post-fermentation maceration,with the traditional submerged-cap method. Malolactic fermentation in wood barrels.
