描述

The Arminio Reserve is our homage to Arminio Valentini, who was the first producer of the champagne (classic) method in Trentino in 1899. This Trentodoc balances the elegant and artful structure of Chardonnay perfectly with the boldness of Pinot Noir during a maturation period of more than 60 month. At the dégorgement a small quantity liqueur d’expédition is added.

Arminio Valentini startet in 1899 as first producer of the traditional champagne method in Trentino, specifically in Vallagarina valley. Still today the love for our region and our steady search for quality keep on being essential principles of our production.
