气候 Altitude: 30-40 m. a.s.l. The climate is generally temperate and humid due to the proximity of the sea. Still, there are strong temperature fluctuations due to the alternation of cool (Bora) and hot-humid (Sirocco) winds.
土壤成分 The terroir is a moderately deep loamy-clayey and alkaline soil, typical and characteristic of the Veneto plain. It rests on a very ancient layer -a palaeosol - known as 'caranto'.
栽培系统 Single and double cordon.
酿酒工艺 After harvesting, the grapes are crushed and subjected to soft pressing using pneumatic presses with fast separation of the must from the skins. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 15 6°C. The wine is then placed in steel autoclaves, where the second fermentation uses the Martinotti method.
陈酿 Following the Martinotti method, at least 30 days.
