Brut Champagne made using the classic method, produced by Stephane Colas. Blend of 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir. A tribute to the Champagne tradition, with a fine perlage and a bouquet that expresses the purity of the terroir. Floral aromas on the nose, accompanied by yeasty notes reminiscent of the long lees aging. Straw yellow in color. On the palate, the wine is fresh and long, with a pleasant finish that invites another sip.
