| 故事 | Born in Piedmont in the second half of the 19th century as a medicinal wine with exceptional therapeutic properties against colds. It soon spread throughout Italy, thanks to the perfect bitter-sweet balance conferred by the cinchona calissaja bark, gentian, spices and herbs, making it an ideal aperitif and meditation wine to satisfy the most refined palates. It has recently been discovered as the ideal companion for noble dark chocolate and all those desserts in which cocoa is the main ingredient. |
