Philippe Pacalet, renowned for his biodynamic wines, carefully selects the grapes to create a wine of great finesse. He is just over 40 years old, he was previously the director of Domaine Pieuré Roch (until 1999), Domaine of Properties of Henri-Frédéric Roch, one of the people who takes care of the Domaine de la Romanée-Conti.
