故事 51,151 is the first Metodo Classico sparkling wine produced by our family in 1984. The name celebrates the Hour Record set by Francesco Moser in Mexico City that very year.
产地 Maso Warth that overlooks the Adige Valley and the town of Trento; the hills around Lavis; the terraces found on the steep slopes of the Cembra Valley
气候 Altitude: Maso Warth: 350 m. a.s.l.; the hills around Lavis: 250 m. a.s.l.; Cembra Valley: 500-650 m. a.s.l.
土壤成分 Mostly limestone.
酿酒工艺 Whole-bunch pressed and selection of the juice from the rst pressing. Fermentation and ageing takes place in stainless steel tanks and large oak casks until bottling for the secondary fermentation.
