It is just one of the estates owned by the family alongside Attems (Friuli), Ornellaia, Danzante, Luce della Vite and six Frescobaldi Estates, Nipozzano, CastelGiocondo, Pomino, Ammiraglia, Castiglioni and Remole. 阅读更多

| 收获 | Between 3 and 15 September, the grapes were hand-picked into 15 kg crates in four passages according to the different parts of the vineyard. The bunches were carefully sorted in the field on a double sorting table, before and after destemming. |
| 酿酒工艺 | After a gentle crushing, vinification continued partly in stainless steel tanks and partly in truncated oak barrels. The vineyard origin guided the choice: each part of Masseto was vinified separately. After fermentation at temperatures around 25-28 °C, this was followed by maceration for around 10 5 days at 28 °C, for a total time in vats of 20-25 days. Malolactic fermentation took place in oak barrels (100% new). |
| 陈酿 | 24 months in a temperature-controlled environment at the Tenuta dell'Ornellaia winery. After the first 12 months of ageing, blending took place, and the wine was then reintroduced into barriques for a further 12 months. Following bottling, the wine then underwent bottle ageing for 12 months before release. |
