L'Etoile 推出了自己的葡萄酒和原产地命名保护甜葡萄酒：巴纽尔（Banyuls）、巴纽尔特级葡萄园（Banyuls Grand Cru）和科利乌尔（Collioure）。 我们的创始人将他们对葡萄和葡萄酒的热情以及合作的价值传承了下来。 1905 年起义后，总共 12 位葡萄种植者注定要将自己的产品直接出售给个人。这只有在大战（1914-1918 年）之后才有可能实现。1921 年，酒庄终于迎来了曙光，创始者们可以在这个雄伟的酒窖中尽情施展自己的才华。 为了继续陈酿名酒，从法国中部海运来了一些大桶。这些大桶以 Marcellin Albert 同时代的 Raymond Pointcarré 和 Jean Jaurès 为原型，骄傲地披上了加泰罗尼亚的色彩，里面总是装着我们的陈年佳酿，这些几十年的老酒让 "星辰 "在鲁西诺内和鲁西诺外都享有盛誉。
