This gives it longevity and subtle aromas.Matured between two and three years in underground cellars, the Cuvée Réserve Brut is a harmonious wine, wholesome, full-bodied with very mineral aromas. It possesses elegance and vivacity which will allow for the best pairings but it will be particularly appreciated as an aperitif.
