The Brut Tradition is a "Blanc de Noir" champagne made from one of the best grape varieties in Champagne: Pinot Noir. It marks its identity by our "Kimmeridgian" soil which brings finesse to our Pinot Noirs. Conscious of the influences of the cosmos on nature, using biodynamic agricultural methods was a matter of course for him. Biodynamic agriculture, improves the soil, helps to balance soil life and produces more intense, more complex champagnes. Passionate about nature since he was a young child, he spent his formative years in a rural, wine-growing area. This sensitivity and awareness of the natural environment never left him.
