Still organic red wine from the Colchagua Valley in Chile, 13.5% ABV, produced by Emiliana. 100% Carmènere, 2022 vintage. A wine born from the desire to create wines of the highest quality while respecting people and the environment. Aged for 8 months in stainless steel. Intensely fruity nose, with distinct aromas of plum and redcurrant and notes of toast and blackcurrant. Purple-red color. Soft, ripe, and velvety tannins and good density. Pleasant and persistent finish.

At the end of the 1990s, Rafael and José Guilisasti perceived that the market was beginning to change, and global consumers were beginning to consciously choose the products they consumed, not just in terms of health, but also for its environmental and social effects.

Together with visionary winemaker Álvaro Espinoza, they began converting a conventional Chilean winery into a 100% organic and biodynamic winery, with the firm objective of creating wines of the highest quality while respecting people and the environment.
