Our vineyard is located in the Ardres Valley, a hidden and wild beauty on the western slopes of the Reims mountains. Fruity aromas on the nose, accompanied by notes of yeast. Our vineyard is located on the terroir of the Ardres Valley, a hidden and wild beauty of the western slopes of the mountain of Reims. Our estate has 7ha spread over the villages of Treslon, Faverolles-et-coemy, Savigny-sur-Ardres and Chaumuzy: a rich patchwork of plots and varied soils: clay, sand, clay-limestone. This gives an important aromatic palette, and the possibility of multiple blends. The estate's grape varieties are 55% meunier, 30% chardonnay and 25% pinot noir. Le Meunier, a grape variety mainly from the Champagne region, offers its authenticity and fruitiness with greedy, soft and intense nuances. 阅读更多
