Christian and Bernadette's winery extends across 14 hectares in six municipalities, producing 60% red wines and 40% white wines. On the nose, aromas of red fruits and spicy notes. Ruby red in the glass. On the palate, the wine is rounded and balanced, with a pleasant finish.

Christian and Bernadette's wine estate is a family-run business covering 14 hectares in six communes: Beaune, Pommard, Chassagne-Montrachet, Saint-Aubin, Santenay and Nolay.

The average age of the vineyard is 25-30 years, the oldest plots having been replanted by Christian.

We make 60% red wine and 40% white wine.

The vinification is classic, with ageing for 12 to 18 months in oak barrels to develop all the aromas and finesse of the wines. 阅读更多
