The crisp, persistent bubbles are the result of long aging in chalk cellars. On the nose, a riot of aromas: freshly baked brioche, toasted notes, tropical fruits such as mango, apricot, and mirabelle plum, with hints of dried fruit, pistachio, and almond. A unique sensory experience, with a finish reminiscent of praline and vanilla.
