Still red wine from Trentino-Alto Adige, 13.5% ABV, produced by Kaltern Caldaro. Cabernet Sauvignon Riserva, 2021 vintage. A wine born from the passion and dedication of a historic winery, founded in 1900. The grapes come from vineyards with a gentle southeast slope, between 220 and 260 meters above sea level, with a particularly warm microclimate. Fermentation with maceration on the skins for 4 weeks in oak barrels. Aged for 18 months in barriques (50% new). Spicy with aromas of cinnamon and exotic wood, small wild berries combined with chocolate and licorice. Intense carmine red. Powerful and sweet tannins, rounded and long, releasing notes of tobacco and licorice on the finish.
