Two young men are looking for a new Franciacorta, capable of looking to the future, and they find it in the hands of winemakers who are inspired by tradition, making wine as they always have. With them they share a love for the land and for quality, but they add a bit of pop spirit and a great desire to go beyond the norm, to create a wine that is authentic in soul but different in character. 酿酒工艺 Soft pressing and fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at 16°C. During the second fermentation, the wine destined for Satèn is characterised by a lower addition of sugar in the liqueur de tirage compared to Brut; the result is a more extraordinary delicacy and finesse of the perlage.
