A Blanc de Noirs that expresses the purity of the Champagne terroir, with no added sugars to enhance the complexity of its aromas and flavors. The nose is initially fresh and fruity, characterized by hints of pineapple and tropical fruit, then enriched with spicy nuances, as well as the classic hints of bread and yeast. The perlage is fine and persistent. The palate is crisp yet well-balanced, rounded and well-structured, with excellent length.
