The Bollinger family produces great wines with a powerful, refined, and complex style, in which the fruit aromas are expressed in all their dimensions. Fine perlage. Hints of redcurrant, cherry, and wild strawberry, with a touch of spice. Deep, bronze tones. Lively, long, and structured, with a tannic finish due to the addition of red wine and flavors of wild berries.
