We believe that this Franciacorta represents, in the rare vintages in which it is produced, the most important and exceptional vintages of the land of Franciacorta. This is why Vittorio Moretti wished to confirm this certainty by proposing a Reserve signed in his own name. Bellavista Vittorio Moretti was born from the desire to enhance nature and the best crus of Franciacorta such as Erbusco, Nigoline, Torbiato, Colombaro with a cuvée composed almost equally of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Thus the rare microclimatic position, together with the numerous refinements carried out by Casa Bellavista, allows us to present a Franciacorta of exceptional personality and character. This cuvée is the best proof of the spirit of perfection that animates Casa Bellavista. Available on average 7 years after harvesting.

The perlage and mousse are abundant: tiny bubbles that rise slowly and persistent.ly, forming a single rich crown that is almost creamy.

The bouquet is elegant and concentrated, with immediately appealing aromas of ripe white fruits, peaches, honey and orange and lemon blossom.

Pale colour, lively and bright, with greenish-gold highlights.

Its flavour is perfectly in line with the nose, displaying great freshness and intensity as well as light touches of red berry fruits and a saline tang. A sensation of softness and roundedness is very much in evidence, along with well-integrated, positive acidity that lengthens the flavour, making it incredibly persistent.

The vineyards are located on the Collina Bellavista (Bellavista Hill), so called because of its splendid position that, from a single point, embraces Lake Iseo and the entire Po Valley as far as the Alps.

Vittorio Moretti, with far-sightedness, dedicates particular attention to purchasing new vineyards to arrive at the current 203 hectares under vine, included in the 'Franciacorta' vocation zone.

In 1981, Vittorio Moretti met the oenologist Mattia Vezzola, who joined the company in the same year. His role would be decisive in defining Bellavista's style.

In 2007, Mattia Vezzola was awarded the important career recognition by the Gambero Rosso-Slow Food's guide Vini d'Italia- as 'Oenologist of the Year'. 阅读更多
