On the palate, it is full and rich, with an expressive presence on the finish, inviting a unique sensory experience.

The company is located to the west of the city of Reims, more precisely in Prouilly where for centuries they produce quality wines. At the time of Julius Caesar, the Roman legions introduced vines. Later, the monks have intensified and improved winemaking.

Currently, our vineyards cover four municipalities. Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier are planted in Prouilly, Pévy,
Branscourt while Chardonnay is planted in Unchair, village which is seven miles far from Prouilly.

Our vineyards are particularly difficult to work due to the the slope of the land. In exchange, it offers leaf area, orientation and soil ideal for the cultivation of the vine. 阅读更多
