A Trento DOC born from the passion of some friends with ties to agriculture and wine, who brought this unique sparkling wine to life. White-fleshed fruit accompanied by delicate notes of wildflowers. Straw yellow with light greenish reflections. Fine and balanced with a pleasant aftertaste of ripe fruit and hints of bread crust. An elegant and refined wine, perfect for celebrating any special occasion.

Abate Nero, whose name evokes the figure of the French abbot considered to be the ‘father’ of Champagne, was born in the early 1970s from the commitment of a few friends, including Luciano Lunelli, all linked to the agronomic and wine sector, determined to develop more and more singular, good, prestigious ‘bubbles’.

Patience is at home here, the wine rests on the lees for frothing much longer than usual. Don't be surprised, therefore, if you find dates on the label that date back a few decades.
