From the vine to the bottle, Champagne Robert Charlemagne, the archetypal Harvesting and Handling (H.M.) winemaker, takes extreme care in the development of its product.

Robert Charlemagne, the founder of the brand, began marketing his wine in the early 1940s. His son-in-law, Jacques Chaillot, took over and, for more than 35 years, he managed to make the business prosper, giving the company the possibility of pressing at home, vinifying in thermo-regulated vats, etc... Now retired, his children, Sophie and Didier Delavier Chaillot, have taken up the torch with the same objective: quality.

Exclusively planted with Chardonnay, our vineyard of a little more than 4 hectares, located in the heart of the Côte des Blancs, is the object of attentive care in a permanent concern of research of quality, respect of the soil and authenticity.

It is for this reason that in March 2000, the estate voluntarily joined AMPELOS, a quality charter based on sustainable cultivation and respect for the environment, and has just been approved by Bureau Ver, the ampelos control body.
