Champagne by my mother and Burgundy on my father's side, I have been lucky enough to be introduced to the world's greatest terroirs since my childhood. The idea of Champagne Lanouvelle took shape when I learned that my generation, i.e. young people between the ages of 20 and 35, drink three times less champagne than their elders. Convinced that champagne has unique assets that give it a magical dimension, and determined to give it back the lustre it deserves among my generation, I decided to launch my own brand.
This was the birth of Champagne Lanouvelle, which bears my name, proof of my commitment not to disappoint. Champagne Lanouvelle is intended to help my contemporaries rediscover champagne in a new context, adapted to their lifestyle: as an aperitif, for dinner in the city, or in the evening; a bottle available at any time of day... champagne comes out of its bubble. It is in this spirit that I have created the Brut Affriolant cuvée, with the help of an oenologist and winegrower, who is the repository of a centuries-old know-how. Paris can now dance to the rhythm of the corks popping!
