The Domaine Guy Amiot et Fils was founded in 1920. Today we are the third generation, which continues the business with great passion and in the name of tradition. The vineyards of the Domaine were planted around the 20s-30s and today they constitute an invaluable heritage of old vines with naturally low production in terms of quantity, but of great value for the aromatic concentration of the grapes.
They are cultivated in parcels almost all classified as Gran Cru or 1er Cru in Montrachet, one of the most famous names of the côte de Baume.
In fact, Chassagne-Montrachet and Puligny-Montrachet represent as many as 5 of the 7 white Grand Cru in the whole of Burgundy. The cultivated vines are the classics of Burgundy: chardonnay and pinot noir which are expressed here by giving wines of the highest level.
