Cantine Valenti was founded in 2004, from the ashes of an old distillery. It is the realisation of Giovanni, Francesca and Alessandro's dream, the fruit of their love for Catania and for Etna, a land rich in history, flavours and emotions.

Cantine Valenti is located in Passopisciaro, a hamlet of Castiglione di Sicilia, an area known for the production of excellent Etna DOC wines. Our aim is to produce quality wines in a sustainable way. For this reason, production is preceded by a careful analysis of the vocation of each area, while all work is carried out organically, without the use of chemicals, both in the new espalier systems with pruning, spurred cordon and guyot, and in the old sapling systems.
