Yellow-coloured cyclopean stones, called Masso Vivo, characterise the land of the company's estate of Tenuta Ammiraglia. Masso Vivo is the name of this Vermentino with its beautiful straw colour, which surprises with its floral and candied fruit notes and intriguing minerality, typical of the terroir.

| 酿酒工艺 | Once harvested, the grapes are quickly transported to the winery, where they are gently pressed. Next, the musts obtained undergo a cold static settling process for about 12 hours, giving the wine even more refinement and elegance. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature. |
