描述

Classic method sparkling rosé without dosage from Alta Langa DOCG, 12% ABV, produced by Elem. 100% Pinot Noir. 0.75 l bottle, 2018 vintage. An Alta Langa Rosé Special Edition born from the creativity of Eleonora Martini, a tribute to the excellence of the Piedmont region. The grapes are harvested after a brief cold maceration on the skins and gently pressed. The must is fermented at low temperatures in stainless steel. Aged for at least 30 months. Intense and enveloping with hints of redcurrant and wild rose. A cyprus-like pink in the glass, deep and elegant with good minerality, a wine that enchants with its finesse.
