An eclectic and versatile wine from the point of view of food pairings, which prefers preparations in which the fatty content of the dish merges with the high acidity of the product, balancing the palate absolutely perfectly. 酿酒工艺 Once the grapes have been crushed and destemmed, they are softly pressed in an oxygen-reduced manner and left to macerate at a cold temperature of about 14°C for one night. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature. Finally, the wine remains in contact with its yeasts and fine lees for about two months.
