描述
Salento IGT Rosato, a still rosé from Puglia, 12.5% ABV, produced by Tormaresca. 2024 vintage, 0.75L bottle. A rosé born from the Antinori family's passion for Puglia, with Negroamaro grapes grown in the Salento area. The hand-selected grapes were destemmed and gently pressed. The resulting must was transferred to stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 12°C to achieve natural clarification; alcoholic fermentation takes place here, conducted at a low temperature of 16°C, to preserve and enhance the aromas. Calafuria aged briefly in stainless steel on its lees before bottling and subsequent release. On the nose, Calafuria presents fruity notes of peach, pink grapefruit, and pomegranate, combined with delicate floral notes of wisteria. Peach blossom pink in color. On the palate it is soft, stands out for its pleasant freshness, well balanced with the aromatic persistence, followed by a delicate sapidity.

| 故事 | Masseria Maìme is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Alto Salento, not far from the town of San Pietro Vernotico - Brindisi. The estate stretches along the coast, creating a unique landscape of vineyards that grow amidst woods and pinewoods and fade into the sea. The main varieties present are: Negroamaro, Primitivo, Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon. Calafuria originates from the vineyards that stretch for more than a kilometre along the Adriatic coast. It owes its name to one of the more than 700 bays in Apulia. The region boasts a long tradition in the production of rosé wines made from Negroamaro, a grape variety that best expresses its potential near the sea. A delicate rosé, pleasantly fruity, savoury and full-bodied, capable of conveying the scents and colours of the production area, Salento. |
