Still white wine from Tuscany, 12.5% ABV, produced by San Felice. Chardonnay blend. 0.75 L bottle, 2023 vintage. A wine that embodies San Felice's philosophy, based on respect for nature and sustainability. The grapes are hand-picked in the first week of September. Pre-fermentation maceration at 8°C. Fermentation takes place partly in stainless steel and partly in oak barrels. A complex and persistent bouquet of citrus and white flowers with distinct notes of broom and acacia. On the palate, balanced sensations of freshness and savory combine with a pleasant smoothness.
