Trento DOC classic method sparkling wine, pas dosé, 12.5% vol., produced by Pedrotti Spumanti, a historic Trentino winery since 1901. 100% Chardonnay. 0.75 l bottle. A Trento DOC that expresses the excellence of the region through a classic method that requires maturation on the lees for at least 30-32 months. Intense on the nose and of fine quality; fresh, floral, and fruity. Bright, straw yellow with greenish highlights. Dry, characterized by a pleasant acidity, savory, and with good minerality. Balanced, intense, and persistent.

A historic brand of Trentino oenology. In 1928 the company passed to his son Italo, who, driven by a great passion for expressing the potential of the Trentino territory, continued the tradition by pursuing a constant search for quality in wine production.

The same quest for quality and improvement is handed down to the third generation with his son Paolo, who, after completing his studies in oenology, devotes himself completely to wine production first and then to sparkling wine production.

Today it is two sisters, Donatella and Chiara, who follow with passion and determination the evolution of the family business focused on the production of Classic Method Trentodoc sparkling wines as the best expression of the terroir highly suited to sparkling wine production. 阅读更多
