Still red from Sardinia, 14.5% ABV, produced by Is Aquas. 100% Cannonau, a grape variety that best expresses the island's wild and sunny character. Vintage 2021. The vines range in age from 5 to 20 years old and produce wines with a strong territorial identity, proud representatives of their land's distinctive features. Maceration at a controlled temperature of 28-30°C for approximately 8 days. Malolactic fermentation in glass-lined concrete tanks and maturation in small oak barrels for 5-6 months. Intense, elegant, spicy. Deep red color with garnet hues. Warm, rounded, with good structure and excellent balance.
