A Californian still white, 13.1% ABV, produced by Anthill Farms Winery. 100% Chardonnay, 2020 vintage. A wine that embodies the essence of the Russian River Valley, with a winemaking process that enhances the varietal's characteristics. The spicy, honeyed, and fruity aromas, reminiscent of pineapple, exotic spices, and vanilla custard, precede an intense palate, characterized by deep fruitiness of pear, green apple, and passion fruit. The finish is slightly citrusy, with good acidity that makes it pleasant and persistent.

The three of us met while working at Williams-Selyem in 2003. We started Anthill Farms in 2004, producing eight and a half barrels of wine our first year.

Today, we make eight single-vineyard Pinots and two appellation wines every year; depending on the vintage, we’ll also produce two or three Syrahs and a Chardonnay. We release the Sonoma County Pinot Noirs and Chardonnay to our mailing list members in Spring; fall sees the Mendocino County and Syrah offering. Outside of our mailing list, a small amount of wine is released every year to restaurants and wine shops.

We started small and have remained so; the best way to find our wines is through our mailing list, which can be accessed here. Unfortunately we are not available to accommodate visits to the winery outside of our scheduled pickup days. 阅读更多
