描述
A wine with a strong character that comes from selected areas in which low vine shoots are cultivated in Guyot training systems. The exceptional quality of our Riserva is favoured and made possible by the clay soils on which they grow around Ora and the careful cultivation that characterises them.

| 酿酒工艺 | The grapes, immediately destemmed, are left to macerate cold for a day in order to further refine their fruity bouquet. The wine then ferments for about 10 days at a constant temperature of 28 - 30 °C. At regular intervals, through racking and light crushing, the must comes into contact with the skins. This results in optimum absorption of the colour pigments from the skins while enhancing the wine's fruity aroma. After two careful rackings, the wine undergoes a slow maturation process that takes place in various stages in wooden barrels. |
