Still red Alto Adige DOC, 14% ABV, produced by Niklas Bos, 2022 vintage. 0.75 l bottle. A Lagrein Riserva born from the passion of the Sölva family, owner and creator of all the labels offered. The vineyards are distributed between Vial, Planitzing, Salt, Kardatsch, Muttergarten, and Barleit, on limestone soils, where the white grape varieties benefit from marked temperature variations to preserve their lively aromas, and in Prutznai and Galgenwiese, on clayey soils, in a more temperate climate, where the red grape varieties thrive. Fermentation takes place in open steel tanks for 17 days with frequent stirring of the must. Aged in barriques for a maximum of 18 months. Complex notes of ripe blueberry and violet fruit combine with the tertiary aromas provided by the barrique aging. Full-bodied, with very evident tannins.

The company's vineyards are distributed between Vial, Planitzing, Salt, Kardatsch, Muttergarten and Barleit. These vineyards grow on calcareous soils, where the white grape varieties enjoy marked temperature ranges to preserve their aromaticity. At the same time, Prutznai and Galgenwiese vineyards, on clayey soils, are in a more temperate climate, where the red grapes are grown.
