A 2006 vintage Brut Classic Method sparkling rosé from the Champagne region of France, produced by Nicolas Feuillatte. 100% Pinot Noir. 0.75L bottle. An exceptionally fine and frothy effervescence releases small, light, and playful bubbles. It reveals delicate, intense, precise, and captivating aromas of wild cherry and blueberry, Bigarreau cherry and blackcurrant, blood orange, and dried figs. Evocative, intense, and lively notes of sweet spices delicately unfold, revealing cinnamon, vanilla, cardamom, and licorice. The color is a bright, crystalline copper pink, tinged with magnificent cherry-ruby highlights. On the palate, flavors of ripe fruit and stone fruit intertwine with a note of warm forest floor and sweet spices.
