I never finish learning about Pinot Noir. Pinot Noir represents a starting point but also a point of arrival. The typical expressive characteristic of Pinot Noir in the hills of Gussago is represented by its great minerality. My Blanc de Noir ages 70 moons (about 70 months) on the lees and is enriched by a short passage in wood. Dosage Zero. Zero added sulfites.

I produce my wines artisanally on the limestone hills of Gussago, on the edge of Franciacorta. In the cellar, only spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts. I use no clarifiers or stabilisers. Zero added sulphites.
