产地 The base wines of Cremant come from different vineyards in Burgundy (France)
土壤成分 Different soils: limestone and marl in the Cotes de Nuits, Cotes de Beaune and Cote Chalonnaise and granite in southern Burgundy.
酿酒工艺 Traditional method. The grapes are crushed immediately after arrival at the winery in pneumatic presses. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats at 18°C. The base wines are then blended.
