A wine that embodies the history and passion of Diego Molinari, with a limited production of just 7,000 bottles. Traditional vinification involves maceration for up to 30 days, followed by aging for two years in oak barrels and 6-8 months in bottle. The nose is expansive, fruity, floral, balsamic, ethereal, and spicy—a true sensory journey. On the palate, it is powerful, warm, silky, rich, very refined, and harmonious—a Brunello that promises unforgettable emotions.

Here we are in Montalcino in Cerbaiona winery, a mythical name for the great wines lovers. The house and winery of Diego Molinari is a small and old building, stone made, surrounded by Sangiovese vineyards. In the basement there is a cellar of his great Brunello and equipment and tanks are also seen from the outside, behind the climbing roses.
