Le Général Dallemagne Trento Doc remained hidden among the vaults of the historic cellar of Palazzo Monfort. A Trento Doc coveted in a dream and the fruit of cellar experiments by Federico Simoni and oenologist Maurizio Iachemet: to create a Trentodoc Riserva family that would live up to their vision of the land.
