Champagne Dericbourg was founded in the town of Pierry by locally renowned vigneron, Gaston Dericbourg in 1921. In 1960, the childless Gaston entrusted the house to his close friends, the Mandois family, and the family run the operation to this day, with Gaston's godson, Claude Mandois currently at the helm.18 different base wines go into the Cuvée de Réserve Brut, including 40% reserve wines, adding roundness and complexity. Younger wines meanwhile, lend the wine its fruit and finesse and bring balance to the cuvee.
