Bodega Mustiguillo

Mustiguillo is a winery located in the Terrerazo in a single plot of 87 hectares of vines and other crops. All wines are made with grapes from our vineyards.

From the beginning we brought the revival of the local grape Bobal , relying on its great potential and claiming the landscape and climate of the Altiplano Valenciano .

We are our sandy-clay soil on a limestone crust penetrated by the roots of the vines. We are our Mediterranean climate is strongly marked by the altitude and distance from the sea. We are curious and restless, searching for how to get from our Bobal grapes even smaller and loose.

We work so that our wines are truly unique and an expression of the soil and climate of the Terrerazo .

Mustiguillo in 2004 was invited by the magazine " The Wine Advocate " (Robert Parker Jr.) on the occasion of its 25th anniversary as one of the 100 most interesting wineries in the world. (Only 8 Spanish wineries were invited )

" The Wine Advocate " evaluated 12 wines with 90 or more points.
