The Brut "Il Classico" is the fresh and innovative face of the LungoParma range. Alongside the traditional Charmat, there is room for a Metodo Classico with a more immediate and fragrant profile, aged on the lees for 30 months with a minimum of 6 months disgorgement.

Wine making | After soft pressing (maximum yield 40%), cold static clarification of the must is carried out. Once the first fermentation is complete, the wine is racked into small stainless steel containers where it rests until bottling and re-fermentation in the bottle, according to the Classical method (better known as the Champenoise method). |
