Descripción

Luigi, who took over the winery after his father Piero Coppo, found himself faced with a difficult period following the floats of 1948. His tenacity and determination pulled the winery through and even led improvements in modern restructuring and adopting innovative technologies. This sparkling wine is dedicated to Luigi and to everyone who pushes ahead in the face of adversity.

La historia de la bodega Coppo está inextricablemente entrelazada con la del vino piamontés, en particular con el desarrollo de Canelli, cuna y capital del vino espumoso italiano, todavía hoy uno de los centros vinícolas italianos más importantes. Una historia de tradición y valiente visión de futuro, de sacrificio e innovación. Una historia que demuestra el amor incondicional de la familia Coppo por su lugar de origen, por las vides que siempre se han cultivado en el Piamonte y por la larga tradición familiar. Los orígenes de la empresa se remontan a 1892 y durante más de 120 años han seguido las vicisitudes de la familia, que hoy sigue siendo la única propietaria. La capacidad, desde sus inicios, de gestionar sus propios viñedos y de vinificar y embotellar la uva producida con su propia marca hacen de la bodega Coppo una de las empresas vitivinícolas más antiguas de Italia.
