	Perlaje Abundant and persistent mousse.
	Color Light straw yellow, with slight greenish reflections.
	Aroma Elegant and intense bouquet, fragrant and complex, of ripe white-fleshed fruit typical of Chardonnay. Delicate notes of hazelnut and lightly toasted bread, due to long ageing on its lees.
	Sabor The taste expresses its mountain character: assertive, savoury, mineral and fresh.
