Climate An interesting synergy is created between the freshness of the soils at altitudes of up to 900 m. above sea level and the warmer areas at an average altitude of 250 m. above sea level.
Soil composition Vineyards with steep slopes composed of light soils with calcareous and porphyritic textures.

Wine making The grapes are softly pressed and the must undergoes static clarification. It is then fermented in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 20 °C.
