Description
A semi-aromatic still white wine from Alto Adige, 12.5% ABV, produced by Elena Walch. 100% Riesling, 2023 vintage. A Riesling that embodies the elegance and minerality of the Alto Adige terroir, a wine that tells the story of a family-run winery committed to quality and innovation. The vineyard's Renaissance castle, "Castel Ringberg," built by the Habsburg dynasty in 1620, overlooks Lake Caldaro and is surrounded by the rolling green of its vines. Aromas of peach, hints of white flowers, fresh spices with a hint of white pepper, and mineral notes dominate the rich bouquet. A light, fresh straw yellow in color. The pronounced freshness and vibrant acidity explode harmoniously on the palate, revealing a mineral structure and delicate elegance, and a crisp finish.
